Comprehensive Project Management for Conversion

Appointed as the project manager, Zeppelin provided the Feasibility Study and Preliminary Layout Plan for client to proceed with the whole building conversion application before the HKSAR government's deadline on 31st March 2016. A parameter is set up to assist the client to prepare and obtain required document for government approval. Such documents include: a set of architectural plan, structural evaluation, traffic / environmental / energy studies and hotel planning study.
